Modify or Remove an Existing Recurring Donation

Check with your organization’s finance team to find the best place to view your recurring donations.
Most people are best off changing their recurring gifts on their church's website, rather than on the Simple site.

You can simply update or delete your existing recurring donation by logging into your organization's giving portal at: (example only) https://yourchurch.simpledonation.com/

Click the "Login Here" link at the top of this page. This login will send you a secure link to your email which is valid for 30 minutes. If you are past that, you'll need to request another login link for security purposes.
Go to your email and click the "View My Account" button to be logged into your account
Edit the details of your existing donation amount, frequency, fund, or payment method, or delete your existing recurring donation
Click "Save" at the bottom
