Manage Payment Methods
You can simply update or delete your existing payment method by logging into your church's giving portal at: (example only) https://yourchurch.simpledonation.com/

Click the Login Here link at the top of this page. This login will send you a secure link to your email, which is valid for 30 minutes. If the link expires, you’ll need to request a new login link for security purposes.

Open the email and click the View My Account button to log in.
After logging in, click the Account tab to add or manage your payment methods.
Click on the Add a Payment Method button (1) to add a new payment method.

New ACH / Bank payment method:
New Credit Card payment method: 
Click Add Payment Method / Save:
Hover over an existing payment method (2) to see options to set it as your default, use it for text giving, or remove it.
